About me

Hi, I’m Yvonne. If you’ve landed here, you may be walking through a tender and transformative season of your life. I want you to know this: your pain is not in vain. Even the heaviest pressure can become the very place where something sacred, beautiful, and deeply restorative begins to take shape. Often, the valleys we try to avoid become the pathways to the healing our hearts have been longing for. If you’re feeling stuck or weary, it would be an honor to walk along side you. My work is person-centered and collaborative, grounded in warmth, understanding, and respect for your unique story. I integrate a psychodynamic lens, gently exploring how earlier experiences and unmet needs may be shaping the emotions, patterns, and relationships you’re navigating today. Together, we will honor the parts of you longing to be seen, felt, and understood. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, grief, anger, teen and family concerns, spiritual journey, suicidal ideation, and self-harm. I offer video telehealth through Grow Therapy. Above all, my desire is to create a space where you feel safe, valued, and deeply supported—a space where healing, your strength, and compassionate clinical care meet. If you’re ready to step into a new chapter of healing, growth, and restoration, I would love to support your journey through the deep and intricate levels of your heart.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll begin with simple introductions and create a comfortable space for you to settle in. I will invite you to share your story in whatever way feels natural—what has brought you to this point in your healing journey, what you’re hoping for, and what you feel you need right now. From there, I will ask a few open-ended questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and challenges. Together, we will begin outlining a personalized treatment plan that reflects your goals, values, and the direction you want to move toward. This collaborative roadmap will guide our future sessions and ensure that the work we do is tailored to your unique needs and pace.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I show up to this work exactly as I am—grounded, genuine, and human—and this creates space for my clients to do the same. I believe wholeheartedly that inner healing is possible, no matter what you have walked through or may still be facing. I believe the inner child can be restored, nurtured, and empowered to thrive. I see every client as precious, unique, and deeply valuable. Your story matters, your pain matters, and your healing matters. I also approach my work from a Christ-centered foundation and honor your personal walk of faith, meeting you with compassion, empathy, and respect for your spiritual journey.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am passionate about working with adults and adolescents who have experienced various forms of trauma—those who no longer want to remain anchored in the past or overwhelmed by the future, but who long to learn, live, and fully thrive in the present. I’m here for individuals who feel “stuck” and are seeking the inner freedom that comes from stepping into healing, truth, and light. I welcome and honor each person’s spiritual journey, meeting you exactly where you are with openness, compassion, and respect. Whether your faith is deeply rooted or still evolving, you are supported here. Together, we will nurture the courage and clarity that allow you to walk in the light—with greater freedom, authenticity, and peace.

She was very good at listening to me and relating to me on a personal level. I felt safe discussing things with her. She has a great personality and is full of loving empathy.
