Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns and gently challenge them in real time. Together, we build practical coping skills they can use outside of session to feel more empowered and in control.

Family Therapy

I use family therapy to help loved ones improve communication, strengthen connections, and better understand each other’s perspectives. Together, we create a supportive space where families can work through challenges and build healthier relationships.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I use mindfulness-based therapy to help clients slow down, tune into the present moment, and develop greater awareness of their thoughts and emotions. Together, we practice simple grounding techniques that build calm, resilience, and self-compassion both in and outside of session.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use solution-focused therapy to help clients identify their strengths and build on what’s already working in their lives. Together, we set small, achievable goals and create practical steps that move them toward meaningful change.
