I love working with folks struggling with self love and compassion. I specialize in codependency, trauma, and Highly Sensitive People. Clients will discover self confidence, communication, and expression of feelings are a byproduct of our work together. I utilize Inner Child techniques and nervous system regulation exercises to help regulate the body so that it is better able to respond to life's events.

During the first session, I like to help make my client feel at ease with the therapeutic process; my approach is casual and friendly. I like to get an overall background of the client and what is bringing them into session with me.
