I offer therapeutic services for adults (18 and on). I am experienced working with individuals with special needs, including those with autism and learning disabilities, and their families, who are able and willing to learn skills and participate in the therapeutic process. I have experience working with children, but I am not a play therapist. I can help children learn skills but need parents to be actively involved in the work. We each have a story, a life full of experiences and potential. However, we can become overwhelmed when dealing with life struggles and hardships that come our way. We can feel like we do not know what to do and feel lost and overwhelmed. While doing our best to live in the present, we can still get stuck in the past. Life is a gift but can be tricky and downright challenging. Sometimes we need a helping hand. That is where I might come in.
