I recognize it can be frustrating to have to take medication and that with the right treatment, recovery is possible. During our first meeting, we will review your past history and experiences that have brought you to where you are today. Having this thorough understanding will allow us to develop a treatment plan that will lead you on the right path to wellness. After booking an appointment with me, you will receive an email inviting you to create an account with our Patient Portal and a request to complete forms.
