Recent events have brought so much uncertainty to many of us and I believe that mental health is essential to building strong foundations for our lives. My intent within my practice is to create a safe space for all of your experiences. I have been dedicated to providing community mental health interventions for the past 7 years. I have pursued my training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, stage-based trauma therapy, LGBTQIA-affirmative therapy, and relational couples and family therapy.
