I work with clients through a solution-focused and CBT approach to identify and develop the skills needed to resolve their unique challenges and situations. I help clients to embrace their truth and remind them that it is "Ok not to be perfect!". I specialize in helping people heal from trauma and learn how to love/realize themselves, which entails cultivating healthier relationships, less anxiety and more purpose in their life’s journey.
