I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I work with adolescents and adults, ages 13 through 70 . I perform comprehensive mental health evaluations and utilize both medication and a therapeutic approach with a cognitive behavioral underpinning. I have experience in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric disorders. My approach to mental health begins with empathy, respect, kindness, and understanding. I will utilize my formative clinical experiences, the current up-to-date evidence, and most importantly your needs and preferences, to assist you in achieving optimal mental health and well-being.
