Hey there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that practices Behaviorism. What that means is that we will work together to target behaviors that can help you improve your current mental state. I want to help you see quantifiable progress from our work together. A little about me: My name is Suzanne. I’m a person that loves the sun, being by water and dogs! In my free time I volunteer with a Great Dane rescue. I enjoy those huge, goofy, couch potato dogs. I’ve moved around a lot and went to school at Syracuse University and graduate school in Washington D.C. I have two decades of experience specializing in trauma, grief, relationship issues, anxiety, addiction and depression. I’ve been heavily involved in working with military, veterans and first responders. You are the subject matter expert in what you need and I will supply tools, support, information and backing. We will work together on making goals and action steps on how to reach your goals.

I will like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as a licensed mental health therapist. I want to tell you a little about myself and my fieldwork experiences. I worked in this field for several years, along with various training, to assist clients in different areas. In the last several years, I worked in a mental health hospital with adolescents, substance abuse, and crisis intervention in various settings. People with trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia were some of the people I helped at work. I worked with individuals on career choices to increase their career paths to maximize success. I support individuals in their desire to become independent, and I do this by helping them identify their true potential.

I am Delia, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker experienced in anxiety, depression, grief counseling and trauma. I believe that everybody, everywhere, deserves to live a happy and healthy life. A life beyond the grips of anxiety, tortures of depression, and trauma. A life full of productivity and filled with laughter. When this is not so, as often is the case in our lives, I am always driven by compassion to help the individual. This is my passion and my life’s mission.
