I have experience in helping individuals learn positive coping skills and strategies that can help to improve their mental and emotional well-being. I work with my clients on identifying self-care activities and positive coping skills, in addition to understanding their strengths and weaknesses. I also work with my clients on developing and implementing skills that will help them to set boundaries and limits and to problem solve and set goals. These learned skills will ultimately help my clients to navigate relationships and situations in their lives that are the source of their stressors. My overall goal is to help my clients overcome the stressors, problems, and trauma that overwhelm them, so they can thrive and live their best lives.

Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol counselor. I am located in New Jersey. I have been in practice for 12+ years as a therapist and have another 10+ years as a case worker and administrator. Outside of my practice, I am married and have two children.
