Welcome to my practice. I provide counseling for ADD, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and Post Traumatic Stress. I enjoy helping children, families and adults rebuild, mend and maintain the bridges broken by mental health challenges. As a licensed clinical social worker in New Jersey, originally from New York, my brief intensive therapy immediately improves a sense of cohesiveness and decreases feelings of estrangement. A bulk of my experience arose from the families I served referred by state and local child care agencies. My years of experience and exposure to diverse populations has enable me to be knowledgeable on many topics and resources.

My name is Brytni Johnson. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) born and raised in Texas (always in and around "DFW”). I have been working with people: moms and dads; sons and daughters; brothers and sisters; even grandparents for as long as I can remember. I realized just over 12 years ago, I wanted to "help people." I wanted to become educated and trained; learn how to better explore and accentuate my natural skills, while also being able to understand and develop new skills to best assist my clients. In 2012, I graduated with my Bachelor of Social Work. In 2016, I graduated with my Master of Social Work. Shortly after graduating, I obtained my LMSW licensure, and have been practicing in a licensed, professional environment for the past 7 years. After obtaining my license, it was then, my "toolbelt" (yes, toolbelt) gained its first tool. From there, I began working towards building my clinical knowledge in order to obtain my clinical license as a social worker. I obtained my LCSW licensure June 2022; shortly after completing over 3,000 clock hours and over 100 clinical supervision hours.

My name is Dr. Olushola Bakare, and I’m a board-certified Psychotherapist. I attended St Joseph College. I’m happy to help you today with any of your concerns. I enjoy empowering people and digging out their strengths. I don't ask fish to fly, neither do I ask birds to swim. I respect everyone's strengths and help my client recognize them. I love to highlight my client's strengths. I offer a safe, warm, therapeutic, judgment-free space for Adults (18+) and Older Adults (65+). I am sorry, but I do not accept clients who pay in cash. Also, every late cancellation or no-show accrues a late charge fee. It is my ethical duty to officially terminate our therapeutic relationship when it is reasonably clear that the client is no longer beneficent, services are no longer required, counseling no longer serves the client's needs and/or interests or Dr. Olushola Bakare, LMFT limits do not allow the provision of further counseling services. It is the policy of Dr. Olushola Bakare, LMFT, that our professional relationship will be terminated after a one-month consistent lapse of meeting with a client. Dr. Olushola Bakare, LMFT, will attempt to notify you of this change in status as soon as possible after one month. My ethical duty is to identify, be available, and care for current clients. It could feel awkward for our relationship to end, yet it is not meant to be discourteous in any way.

Hi there, I am Albert. Do you feel that specific life events have had a great impact on how you are managing and functioning daily? I am a clinician who believes that the past influences the present and future and if trauma has been a part of the human experience the impact on human functioning is even greater. It is my goal to create a safe and caring counseling atmosphere and setting so that the individual feels safe to explore the effect of trauma or any life event(s) that have impacted their life. Clients are encouraged to explore and engage in new aspects of themselves; finding new abilities which increase their positive daily functioning by increasing their living tool kit with new creative and important tools. I utilize evidence-based modalities to address the unique and specific needs of each client and I do so from a trauma-informed perspective. I provide long-term psychotherapy; I also work with clients doing short-term solution-focused therapy that is goal-specific. I completed my master's in counseling in 2005 from New Jersey City University. From 2005 to 2010 I was an associate counselor and upon completion of my supervision hours became a Licensed Practicing Counselor in 2010. I have had experience working in hospitals, outpatient clinics, community outreach and providing in-home therapy services for individuals and families. I have worked treating depression, anxiety, behavior problems, ADHD and issues related to gender identity as well as issues facing couples.

Hello! Let me tell you a little about myself. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Board-certified Art Therapist in the states of Georgia and New Jersey. I have been in the counseling field for over ten years. I graduated with honors from Caldwell University in New Jersey, receiving a dual master's in Psychology Mental Health Counseling with an Art Therapy Specialization. I am passionate about using creativity to heal and empower others. I believe in the therapeutic process of one person helping another and the significant impact kindness can make. We all deserve a safe space to freely express ourselves in a judgmental world. I want to provide this space for you to grow and fulfill your destiny to be great. I take an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that individuals are complex beings influenced by their relationships, environments, and personal histories. By understanding these diverse dynamics, I can help you navigate challenges, foster personal growth, and help you develop healthier relationships. I have experience addressing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, self-esteem, and life transitions. I have extensive experience navigating family challenges related to parenting, blended families, divorce, and conflict resolution. I have experience working in the Hospital Emergency room, Children’s Hospital, Residential substance abuse, Cognitive Traumatic Brian Injury and Disabilities, Mental Health Inpatient /Outpatient, Private practice, and Crisis Intervention In-home therapy. My specialty is working with children and adolescents from ages 4 through 16. As a therapist specializing in this age group, I empower children and emerging youth to explore their thoughts and feelings, by supporting them to navigate through challenges and develop new coping strategies. The therapeutic process not only provides a means of expression, but also helps children develop self-awareness, problem-solving skills, and emotional regulation. I tailor art therapy interventions to match each child's developmental level and provide them with age-appropriate tools to effectively express themselves. My goal is to help children develop resilience, self-confidence, and a greater understanding of themselves. “There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.” ― Maya Angelou.
