Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist based in New Jersey. I received my Master's in Mental Health Counseling with an Art Therapy Specialization from Caldwell University in New Jersey and have been practicing for 6 years. I enjoy helping teens and young adults finding more joy in life, by working through trauma, anxiety and relationships.

I have been working in the Mental Health field since 2016 when I graduated with my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have had opportunities to work with underserved populations of all ages in Substance Abuse Treatment, before transitioning to work with youth and families in the community. I have worked with youth and families for over 5 years helping youth, parents and families in crisis, as well as helping parents learn to navigate the world of developmental diagnoses.
