My therapeutic approach is holistic in nature as it encompasses a full body aspect. Examining your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual state. This approach explores root issues and allows healing from the inside out. I seek to empower my clients to find their voice and inner strength that may have been squelched by past abuse and trauma. I have experience with several mental health issues, and I am deeply passionate about helping my clients become emotionally and relationally whole whether it be individually, maritally or in their families. My approach is to adjust the therapy to fit the client.

I’ve been a licensed Master Clinical Therapist since 2022, with a Master's in Social Work from Wayne State in 2018 and a Bachelor's in Social Work from Oakland University in 2017. I incorporate various therapeutic approaches like CBT, psychodynamic, exposure therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy, conducting group therapy sessions focusing on trauma, PTSD, and substance abuse. Experienced in crisis therapy and determining appropriate care levels, I combine DSM-5 knowledge and client engagement to empower individuals to reach their full potential.
