Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counsellor (LCPC) . I received my Masters in counseling psychology and have been practicing for 10 years. I help individuals struggling with career stress, self-esteem, relationships and discovering self to become the best versions of themselves. I believe in seeing a person for who they are and focusing on your strengths and values as appose to conceptualizing an individual based on there presenting problems. My interest in mental health started at home, with my immediate family. From my own experiences, I became passionate about the overall mental wellbeing of everyone around me. With this, I pursued mental and behavioral health education and training in Baltimore, and have worked in the field for over eight years. I am a licensed clinical social worker and practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. I have been providing therapy for close to 15 years to help my client address mental health symptoms including depression, trauma, life transitions and anxiety. I believe people are inherently capable of managing their circumstances but sometimes require some assistance from a therapist to succeed.
