My practice supports gender-diverse + individuals with atypical ways of thinking, feeling, relating and being in the world. I specialize in working with "Talented & Gifted burn-out kids" -- aka late-diagnosed or un-diagnosed Autistic/ADHD folx who are hyper-sensitive, self-aware, socially anxious survivors of complex trauma. My clients may experience obsessive thinking patterns, panic attacks, existential dread, agoraphobia, a sense of impending doom, executive dysfunction + sleep disturbances.
