I have been trained in treatment modalities of EMDR, CBT and CT-R, as well as experience in utilizing several additional therapeutic modalities based on the needs of those whom I am serving and their person-centered treatment plans. I utilize empathy and compassion in meeting my clients where they are, ensuring they feel heard, advocated for and respected.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor LPCC based in KY. I received my master's at Lindsey Wilson College of Professional Counseling. I have been in practice for 6 years. Life can be hard at times. We have challenges and experiences that seem impossible to deal with or get through. I want to help you navigate and make it through these difficult times.
