Hi there. I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in Kentucky and Florida. For over 14 years, I have been helping people who are living with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes. I enjoy helping people learn how to use their own strengths to start feeling better. I have worked in a number of settings including inpatient treatment and outpatient. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Kentucky. I completed my masters degree in social work at the University of Louisville and have been in practice for 8 years. I use a client-centered therapeutic approach that incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
