I have worked in both in-patient and private practice settings over the course of the last eight years. I have experience working with trauma, eating disorders, addiction, process addictions, families, parenting concerns, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. I am capable of engaging in Christian therapy if desired by the client. Overall, my goal as a therapist is to work beside the client as they learn to meet their goals, not to stand in front and pull them along or stand behind and push them. If we need to stand still and sort through some obstacles before moving forward, then that is part of the process and time well spent.
