Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Indiana. I received my master's degree from Purdue University, and I have been practicing for 7 years. I work with individuals who feel paralyzed due to past traumatic experiences; those that feel crippled by anxiety; couples who are wanting to strengthen their relationship as well as those individuals who are struggling in their grief.

I am a therapist focused making changes and feeling better. People seek out therapy for all sorts of reasons but everyone wants something in their life to be different. I like to help people understand why they are stuck and help them get unstuck. It's my goal to help people by being a witness to their pain and shining a light to help them move forward.

I received my Master's degree in Counseling from Purdue University Northwest and have been practicing for 11 years. Additionally, I received from PhD from Walden University in Counselor Education & Supervision. I am a Certified Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) who specializes in working with those with anxiety disorders. I am also a board-certified counselor with the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC).

Much of my experience is working with families involved with the Department of Child Services and juvenile probation. I am a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapist. I am also a Credentialed Sexually Abusive Youth Clinician (CSAYC) working with youth with Sexually Maladaptive Behaviors (SMB). In my experience, I have specialized in trauma, addiction, and relationship issues.
