In doing so, my goal is to assist individuals in their healing process, to empower individuals to become the best version of themselves and to help individuals to see that life is completely what you make it. My preference for treatment is to utilize a trauma-informed approach in addition to CBT and Choice/Reality Therapy.

In the past, I have worked in an agency setting where I work with adults who are diagnosed with Substance Abuse disorders. Through their journey, I have been able to develop an expertise in co-occurring disorders, including but not limited to depression and anxiety. I am now ready to expand my career to include children who may need assistance with mental health disorders, or maybe just feel like they have trouble fitting in. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I understand the struggles of everyday life - from trying to narrow down and specify just one goal to living through a pandemic while also managing anxiety and stress.

I am Jennie Gray Mulligan, a North Carolina native and transplant to Atlanta 8 years ago.
