Is emotional upheaval getting in the way of your moving forward with your life? I would love the opportunity to help you to sort through the sources of the emotions, help to make them more manageable, and help you to regain some sense of direction and progress for your life. Working toward more refined beliefs and understanding about emotions, circumstances, and responses to them can be helpful. In my roughly 28 years as a psychologist I have mostly worked with people who have problems with anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger, relationship problems, and aging issues. I have worked with ages ranging from elementary school to 70s and a little older. I have found that experience allows me to realize client needs more quickly than in my early years in practice, and hope to use this experience to your benefit. Note that online scheduling is limited. Broader scheduling options will be available to regularly scheduling clients, or by calling me at 678-322-8774. I typically respond to messages Monday morning through Thursday afternoon. Please also note that I do not provide opinions about disability or fitness to return to work or other activities for clients who are not well-established at the time that the request for such opinion is made.

Welcome! I'm Alisha Do you find yourself attempting to dismiss negative thoughts or memories? Possibly avoiding situations, scenarios, and places that remind you of something not so great? Do these memories invoke some kind of negative belief about yourself that you know is not true? Do you desire to decrease the intensity of these memories, thoughts or experiences so they are no longer as intrusive and demanding of your attention? I empower those who are ready to address some of the things from the past or the present that may be presenting a mental and emotional weight on functioning, relationships, and overall well-being.

I am a motivational therapist and believe nothing will change unless you do! I believe in the law of attraction, holistic therapies and manifest anything we want in our lives. It all begins with our thoughts. I am passionate about helping change our thoughts from defeat to being empowered. Although I enjoy working with all populations, I have a tender heart for clients affectionally known as “Mom!” I recently authored two books: “15 Minute Journal Prompts for the Postpartum Mom” and “Mindful Mandalas for Moms.” I have experience working with children, military servicemen/women, couples and young adults. I am a knowledgeable, warm and goal-oriented therapist. I use a variety of treatment modalities depending on your needs. I primarily focus on: Solution-Focused Brief Therapy Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Mindfulness Acceptance and Commitment Focused Therapy I’m happy to refer individuals diagnosed with bipolar disorder, borderline PD, schizophrenia, eating disorders or substance abuse disorders to one of my colleagues. Welcome, I am Feven! Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I help individuals manage anxiety, depression and burnout. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach; addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the different challenges they face and build coping skills to create more fulfilling and holistic life experiences. From my journey, I can personally attest to the power of support, in its many forms. This support goes beyond clients I service but also to their families and communities. I believe that mental wellness isn’t just individualistic; but includes the ecosystem surrounding the person. My praxis acknowledges and aims to support the village needed by all.  I’m also passionate about the transformative impact of safe and brave spaces for those who often experience exclusion. My career has afforded me opportunities to build trust with LGBTQ+, Black, Indigenous, Latina/o/x, and Refugee communities across the nation. It is a personal privilege to center wellness and holistic care for all as ‘self-care is a radical form of resistance.’ Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, trauma, PTSD, self-acceptance, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion, empathy and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!

Hi, I am a Christian counselor first and foremost. I specialize in assisting individuals that use their spiritual faith as a weapon against mental illness. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma and those with a history of sexual abuse. Most people at some point in their life will deal with depression. I strive to help my clients determine the cause of their depression from the root. I assist them in acquiring skills to help themselves daily overcome depression. Sometimes people just need enough information and tools that can be used whenever they need it. I enjoy teaching and educating my clients to learn how to manage their mental health after therapy is over. I am also here for when people need someone to walk along with them through their situations until they can see the light of better days!

Welcome, I'm Jasmine! Have you recently experienced a life change and having a hard time navigating? Maybe you've discovered that your relationship with yourself and/or others isn't exactly what you expected them to be. Today, navigating the world in all of its fast-paced and ever-changing glory can be overwhelming. I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and relational and transitional concerns to restore homeostasis in their lives, using a mix of modalities tailored to meet the needs of the individual. It is my paramount goal to work with individuals to process their concerns, manage symptoms that may hinder their personal development, discover the beauty and power that they possess and empower individuals to show up authentically in the world. In my practice I understand the importance of holistic treatment, working with the whole person versus only addressing symptoms and diagnoses. We will become a therapeutic dynamic duo and work collaboratively to work towards goals. Though seeking assistance on your therapeutic journey can seem daunting, the outcomes can change the trajectory of your life tremendously. I would love the opportunity to journey with you as you work to find YOU again. Our sessions together will be both enlightening and empowering. I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome whatever it is that is holding you back. I'm excited to get started and even more excited to cheer you on as you reach each milestone during this process!
