2024 is my 25th year as a social worker, clinical therapist, educator, supervisor, and leader committed to support vulnerable populations. My Social Work career was initiated by my passion to support those within vulnerable populations, specifically within the child welfare system. I began my career as a Social Worker working within the Child Welfare system in New York City. In 2003, I relocated to Charlotte, NC and continued my work within Child Welfare as a Child Protective Services Social Worker. In 2008, I obtained my clinical licensure which initiated my move from providing direct clinical services to children, young adults and families.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based out of Palm Beach County, Florida. I have been providing clinical counseling services in the private practice and community mental health environments since 2000. I have worked extensively with children and families impacted by all forms of trauma and stress, anxiety and panic disorder, and with adolescent females.

I am a Clinical Licensed Social Worker in Florida and Certified LIfe Coach. I have a Master in Counseling , School Psychology, and Social Work.. I am a retired teacher and guidance counselor from New York and a Certified Life Coach. A have also completed Addca's ADHD training. I received my license as a Clinical Social Worker from the state of Florida. I work with individuals diagnosed with ADHD of all ages ,and their parents. By utilizing positive psychology and strength based methods I help clients deal with self esteem, time management, organizational skills, executive function, and anxiety issues.
