I don’t believe therapy should be some boring clinical experience that you dread attending. I aim at creating a light hearted space for my clients to face whatever has brought them to my door. Our therapy is a judgment free zone. You don’t judge my cats who sometimes make an appearance and I won’t judge you. I will put in the time and show up and if you will do the same great things can happen! Some of you may be here because you are going through something that is very painful and my idea of ‘fun’ therapy may not seem to fit. I encourage you to give it a chance.
