I have over 20 years of experience working with children and adults of all ages with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, strength based and mindfulness approaches.

But my passion is the elderly. They do not get the attention they deserve, in my opinion. Considering that they have worked and contributed to society most of their lives.

In doing this work, I have discovered that the best way to move through emotional pain is to allow yourself to feel it. That can be incredibly overwhelming but with caring and consistent support, it becomes manageable. It is deeply healing to be heard and cared for in those vulnerable states and to understand that by attending to early emotional injuries, a path toward an authentic connection to yourself and others is not only possible, but achievable.
