I have worked with helping a multitude of clients with many disorders and personal backgrounds. In addition, I have a Ph.D in Addiction Psychology with over 25 years of sobriety myself. I am very familiar with all stages of addiction and am eager to help. I am a very kind hearted caring individual who takes pride in understanding the personal issues of others and applying personal treatment to meet their needs. I graduated with my Master's in mental health counseling from Wilmington University, with an additional degree in marriage and family therapy from North Central University. My name is Wynda and I've been in the field of Social Work since 2004. I've served in child welfare and community and healthcare programming. While serving within these populations, client impact has been plentiful. I enjoy planting seeds of empowerment and engaging to watch them grow. Clients become able to better manage their emotions, use effective communication and improve relationships. I started working in the Social Work field with children and families in the child welfare realm. I've continued the journey in the community health space with pregnant and parenting women and families.
