In 2014, I decided to take a leap and find a new way to focus and help others. I received my master's in clinical mental health and counseling from Western Connecticut State University. I'm a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the State of Connecticut. I've been practicing since 2015 specializing in addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety and ADHD. In my experience I have worked with both individuals and couples. The key I've found in helping a person find the best version of themselves is curiosity.
