I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working in California for over 25 years as a counselor. I have worked with many individuals, couples, teens and children. My goals is to provide compassionate quality care and assist individuals in reaching their highest potential. My approach is integrative using many modalities providing a safe, nurturing and caring environment. I also teach parenting classes and parenting groups. My speciality is working with Clients who have experienced a traumatic event or early childhood abuse using EMDR as an effective Therapuetic process. My intention is to support my clients to gain greater insights and break free from self-defeating thoughts and behaviors and create lasting change and healing.

Being able to resolve difficult or troublesome issues in life with healthy life skills and personal growth is a life long journey for each of us. I received my Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Southern Oregon University and received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from National University and have been practicing for 5 years.
