Thank you for reviewing my profile. I am originally a Midwest farm gal with a little city pazzazz having lived in the Chicagoland area for many years. Although I am now a CA resident, my Midwest roots are grounding to me. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California. I provide counseling services via telehealth and on Tuesday's have in-person sessions available to those who live locally. On days I am not working, I enjoy reading, riding the motorcycle with my husband, spending time with my adult kids, traveling, taking walks with our pet dog, Buddy, and working out at the gym. I am divorced, have lost a pet I dearly cherished, lost my father, and worked hard to obtain my PhD! I am a huge advocate of self-care because that is what helped me keep taking one step forward on difficult days.
