She started as a case manager in child and family services, in patient and out patient behavioral health, hospital and community health clinics as well as within correctional health arena, to name a few. Selethia is passionate about women's issues, diversity and inclusion as well as trauma. She has spent lots of time working in career development and assisting with transitional services.
