Hello! My name is Erica and I have over 6 years of therapeutic experience. I specialize in grief counseling, depression and anxiety disorders, LGBTQ+, divorce/separation, stress, and trauma. I have worked with clients of all ages including children, teens, adults, and the elderly. *Currently I am not accepting couples or teens.* My treatment focuses on helping clients to retrain their thought patterns by building new neural pathways. Using various exercises, techniques, and assignments I help my clients learn how to move through stressors faster and smoother so they come out on the other side feeling better. I'm a firm believer education is the most valuable component to therapy and I work hard to educate each of my clients so they always have a "safety net" of information and skills to fall back on.
