I am also trained Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). I am trained in EMDR and offer this for clients that have been impacted by trauma. My treatment methods

Attachment-based

I use attachment based practices because I find that poor attachment relationships are often at the root of mental health struggles. My approach helps my clients make sense of their past and heal from attachment wounds improving growth and ability to cope.

Parent-Child Interaction (PCIT)

I am a certified PCIT therapist. PCIT is an evidence based practice for young children 3-7 who have behavior challenges. This treatment works with the parent and child together in interactive treatment to improve the parent child relationship and help the parent to set healthy limits and enforce them. I provide this treatment through both telehealth and in person(in my local area). I use this method of treatment also to enhance the relationship between parent and child in most minor clients I treat. This treatment helps parents and caregivers meet the emotional needsa of their child. The hallmark of this treatment is in the moment coaching which helps parents and caregivers learn the skills quicker.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Part of all treatment includes cognitive behavior therapy to help my clients reframe, challenge and change faulty and negative beliefs. CBT is one of the methods I use to help my clients shift away from negative thinking and beliefs that hold them back from achieving their goals.

EMDR

I am trained in EMDR and have used it to treatment children who have experienced trauma. I also use EMDR and bilateral stimulation to increase positive thoughts and beliefs.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I have assisted client in applying DBT skills and also helped client to implement dialectical thinking to improve their lives and cope with struggles.
