I am a seasoned therapist with over 14 years of experience, dedicated to providing support and guidance to adults facing various challenges. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and tailored to meet your individual needs. Whether you're struggling with career stress, anxiety, ADHD, parenting, relationships, depression, or navigating life transitions, I am here to help you explore, heal, and grow towards a happier and more fulfilling life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session together, clients can expect a warm and welcoming environment where they can openly share their concerns and goals. We'll start by discussing their reasons for seeking therapy and what they hope to achieve. I'll take the time to listen attentively, ask relevant questions to gain a deeper understanding of their situation, and collaboratively establish a plan for moving forward. Clients can expect to feel heard, validated, and supported as we begin our therapeutic journey together. Additionally, we'll discuss confidentiality, the therapeutic process, and any questions or concerns they may have about therapy.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

In my practice, I prioritize identifying and leveraging my clients' strengths while tailoring treatment to meet their unique needs. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Parent-Child Psychotherapy, and Alternatives for Families Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (AF-CBT). I generally use interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Focused, and Strategic approaches. Additionally, I utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Attachment-based, Client-Centered, Coaching, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Culturally Sensitive, Holistic Interpersonal, Mindfulness-Based, Motivational Interviewing, Multicultural, Narrative, Object Relations, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Psychoanalytic, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution-Focused, and Structural Family Therapy. By drawing from this comprehensive toolkit, I aim to provide personalized and effective interventions that support my clients' growth and well-being.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a provider, my greatest strengths lie in my ability to cultivate a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their challenges and vulnerabilities. I excel in building strong therapeutic alliances based on empathy, trust, and collaboration. My extensive experience and training enable me to tailor therapy approaches to meet each client's unique needs, fostering meaningful progress and growth. Additionally, my commitment to ongoing learning and professional development ensures that I stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions, allowing me to provide the highest quality of care to my clients.
