I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20+ years of experience in the field including case management services and therapeutic services. I am passionate about working with adults 60+ years of age and older. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing in sessions most often. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our initial sessions, the aim is to get know one another and delve into what brings you to therapy and ways to address your thoughts and concerns. Through CBT and Motivational Interviewing, we will discuss how our thoughts impact our emotions/behaviors. I can help you on how to recognize those thoughts that negatively impact you and how to improve your mood.
