I love working with individuals to reconnect with their creativity and imagination—especially when life has made those parts feel distant or inaccessible. You don’t need to have answers or know the “right” way forward. Together, we gently explore, experiment, and discover what helps you move toward healing and clarity. I have found using creative visualization, mind-body connection, imagination, and Internal Family Systems to be the most transformative combination in my work. I believe there is not therapy that works for everyone.I am very individualized. Spending two and a half years going to school for Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture has immensely helped me with energy work, and my fine arts background opens up the gateway to creativity. You do not need to be creative; you already are. Maybe it is a muscle you have not flexed in a long time or ever. Your mind intuitively knows the way.

Think of it as a way to help your mind heal, much like how your body heals a wound. I’ve seen many people find relief and peace through EMDR, and I’m here to support you every step of the way on your healing journey.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an insightful and evidence-based practice, Imagine your mind as a community of different "parts," each with its own voice and role. Some parts protect you, while others may carry pain. Using the power of imagination and creativity, we explore these parts together, helping you bring harmony and self-compassion to your inner world.
