My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize CBT with clients to help them develop healthy coping skills, challenge their intrusive thoughts that maybe triggering their anxiety. I assign home work which encourages the client to practice techniques outside of sessions.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I utilize DBT with clients to help them learn to accept who they are while working on managing their behaviors as well as emotions to help regulate destructive or harmful behavior.

Motivational Interviewing

I utilize MI with clients by encouraging client's motivation for change. During session, the client recognizes their own strength to grow and make changes.
