You can share at your own pace, and I'll guide us with gentle questions to help us understand what you're going through and how I can best support you. My greatest strength as a therapist is my ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard and understood. My experience in adolescent inpatient care, suicide prevention, college counseling, and work with military personnel has prepared me to support clients through crisis, trauma, and life transitions with calm, steady presence.
