First session
In your first session with me, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where we will take time to discuss your mental health concerns and goals. I will ask about your history, any symptoms you're experiencing, and your personal and family background to get a better understanding of your needs. Together, we’ll develop a treatment plan that aligns with your values and preferences, whether it involves medication, therapy, or other approaches. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered as we begin working toward your mental health and wellness goals.
