One of the most important things you can do is start the journey to understanding and living your own truth. This is a guiding force in my practice. My name is Kelly Broderick and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts and a Licensed Independent Social Worker - Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) in South Carolina. I have over seven years of experience working with individuals and groups in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. I have significant experience from my forensic background, working in specialized prisons and outpatient work with vulnerable populations. I am Telehealth only at this time and for the foreseeable future. I work with adults and adolescents, both in individual and group settings. My specialties include addiction, anxiety, depression, codependency, family conflict, communication, grief and loss and forensic therapeutic work.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions and then dive into a thorough therapeutic intake which allows us to create a comprehensive treatment plan for you. It will help us develop specific interventions for you and ensure that we are a good therapeutic fit.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize a variety of approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to meet my clients where they are at and this includes working with a variety of approaches that can be customized to best meet my client's needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am a certified grief-informed professional as well as a certified recovery service navigator. I am person-centered and I have a conversational style with use of humor and my own personality to connect with clients.
