I have been licensed as a clinical social worker for 13 years and I have over 20 years of experience in mental health I received my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Southern University A&M college and my Master's of Social Work degree from the University of Houston. I specialize in assisting individuals to cope with life's stressors, depression, and anxiety utilizing cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused techniques.
