My multilingual abilities allow me to offer therapeutic services in multiple languages, including Hindi and Punjabi, enhancing my ability to connect with and serve diverse populations. EMDR

I am a certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist dedicated to helping individuals overcome trauma and various mental health disorders. Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)
