I am an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I have an extensive background in educational and business settings working with adults, adolescents, and children. I offer a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, low self-esteem, anger management, grief, trauma, and parenting challenges. I’m happy to apply the experience and skills I’ve obtained in my career to help individuals and families navigate through the struggles that come with daily life. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session with me is spent reviewing your main concerns and developing realistic goals for your therapy sessions moving forward. I will usually give you some type of worksheet or other educational material that encourages you to monitor your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors throughout the week.

I offer a non-judmental and safe environment for therapy. I have many years of life experience, as well as professional experience, that have proven meaningful in the counseling profession. I am empathetic and I embrace the opportunity to work with all ages and cultural backgrounds.
