I use solution focused therapy, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I provide a non-judgemental and safe space for clients to explore their challenges and joys.

I've historically worked with teens and individuals struggling with depression and/or anxiety ranging from mild to severe. Mild to moderate intensity is best suited for telehealth and therefore I am most comfortable in effectively treating such levels of impairment.
