My role is to provide you the emotional support you deserve and help you develop the skills you need in order to get through difficult times in your life and to help guide you in reaching your full potential. In therapy, we can work collaboratively on strengthening your personal boundaries, identify healthy coping mechanisms, and improve your relationships. During our session we will collaborate and strategize on how to maximize your strengths and increase your resiliency. I strongly believe that no one should have to suffer and struggle alone.

The fundamental structure of our sessions will be based on using a collaborative and non-judgmental process that promotes positive changes that are based on your individual needs and goals.

At first, I wasn’t sure if June was the right fit. I think that was largely because I hadn’t seen a therapist since I was a young teenager. Over time, she’s become someone I feel comfortable talking to—someone I know is truly listening. She’s helped me work through feelings of guilt and shame, and supported me in becoming more accepting of myself. I now have a better understanding of what I want and need from my personal relationships.

I'm really glad I found June. Even in just a few sessions, she's really gotten me to think about things in a way I never had before, and to approach things more thoughtfully. I thought I was empathetic, but June is on another level and she teaches me so much through her keen observations. She is intelligent and direct, but she is also warm and explains things in a way that make sense and suggests solutions that are easy to implement.
