Are you a highly sensitive person who struggles to be understood? Do you often suffer and struggle with anxiety, low self-worth, and feelings of discomfort? Do fears of being judged keep you from feeling free to be your authentic self? I can help you manage anxiety before it becomes debilitating. My role is to provide you the emotional support you deserve and help you develop the skills you need in order to get through difficult times in your life and to help guide you in reaching your full potential. In therapy, we can work collaboratively on strengthening your personal boundaries, identify healthy coping mechanisms, and improve your relationships. During our session we will collaborate and strategize on how to maximize your strengths and increase your resiliency. I strongly believe that no one should have to suffer and struggle alone.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will focus on addressing your concerns and finding a therapeutic approach that works best for you. The fundamental structure of our sessions will be based on using a collaborative and non-judgmental process that promotes positive changes that are based on your individual needs and goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have worked with clients in treating anxiety and depression through several developmental stages of life, including specialized training in Postpartum anxiety and depression.
