The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

After facing my own immense challenges around food and body image, I chose to take my power back and begin a journey toward self-love and service for others. I set the intention to live harmoniously in mind, body, and essence to inspire others to do the same. With this, I am passionate about working with competitive physique athletes, as I understand the mental and emotional weight the process bears and am dedicated in assisting athletes in creating balance and equanimity in their lives as they master their craft.
