Hello, I am a License Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, NCC), based in New York. I earned my Masters degree at CUNY Queens College. I have been practicing for 6 years assisting children, teens and adult navigating daily life stressors for a more functional day. I am authentic, with a genuine approach in building a therapeutic relationship with clients for a successful and positive therapeutic experience.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our initial session we'll start with brief introductions where I will provide verbal credentialing, informing client privacy parameters and expectations from therapy, and work on building a therapeutic relationship in order to explore specific challenges you are facing. In this way, we can work together to develop an individual treatment with achievable goals in future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with young adults, teens, children and older adults for the past 6 years, I am very passionate in assisting individuals in recognizing the underlying sources of their difficulties developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and create a personalized treatment plan leading to measurable progress.
