Hello, all- I am a NY and CT State Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist currently based out of Connecticut. I received my Master's Degree in 2001 and have been practicing in the field ever since. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, including conducting couples and family therapy. At the present time, I am offering counseling services via telehealth through Grow Therapy's portal.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Initial introductions will be conducted during which time I can answer any questions you may have about the intake itself or the therapeutic process as a whole. I will then seek input on what brought you to the session, explore any changes you may want to make or any goals you may have that I can help support you with. Next steps will then be developed which are person/ couple/ family-centered.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I offer support, validation, and person/ couple/ family-centered care. I believe in meeting people where they are at, learning if this is where they want to be, and developing an understanding of future goals, irregardless if change may be desired. I offer a safe space to share, free from judgement, for one to explore. I also offer the skill of actively listening to what is being communicated.
