What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My goal in the first session is to introduce myself, briefly and then focus on the challenges the individual is facing with the goal of tailoring a treatment plan for our time together in order to address their concerns.

I earned a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, and I am licensed in the state of Illinois as a Clinical Psychologist. I am a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider and I have a certificate in Cognitive Behavior Therapy . I have a wealth of experience working with individuals who were dealing with personal concerns. In my practice, I provided therapy for clients dealing with a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress, substance abuse issues, intimacy/sexual issues, relationship/marital issues and family issues.
