Hello! I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I am based in Maryland. I got my certification from Liberty University Lynchburg Virginia. Are you down , feel stuck in your daily life, depressed. experiencing highs and lows ,anxious and irritated with racing thoughts, you think no one cares about you? I would love to work with you to find the medication, therapy or lifestyle that works for you..I work with individuals 18 years and older who are struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD and other mental health disorders. We work together to help them gain insight to the strength and resources available to them and help them get back on track. I encourage you to seek and get the help you need.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the initial session, there will be a brief introduction. We discuss your health and family health history. We discuss in details the reason for your visit. If required may order some health tests. Bring with you your list of medications including the ones you tried in the past; your medical concerns and diagnosis.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I manage anxiety, ADHD, PTSD , mood disorders. I am a good listener and easily approachable.
