Opening up to anyone, let alone a therapist you are just beginning a relationship with, can be scary. However, it is also the first step of healing and I would be honored to help you through the therapeutic process with immense trust, empathy and understanding. Through my experience working with various populations, all going through some of life’s greatest pains, I aim to provide a safe space for my clients. A safe space where they can explore the complexities of their pasts, the melting pot of their emotions, and the truths of their realities. By utilizing mediation and grounding techniques, we uncover what the authentic self means to each individual and journey towards achieving that in daily life. As a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, I am now an LCSW who specializes in working with children, teens, and adults working to overcome stressors in their lives. I have extensive experience working with families in the medical setting as well as individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, living with or being affected by someone living with a chronic/terminal illness, grief & loss and difficult relationship dynamics. I strive to be an open and welcoming sounding board who listens without judgment and responds with empathy. It would be a great gift to work with you and help you find strengths, overcome challenges, develop coping strategies and focus on creating a happy, healthier you. My therapy practice is online, using video sessions via a secure platform. Please reach out regarding availability if you are interested in exploring a meaningful, professional and bespoke therapeutic relationship.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will get to know each other so that you will feel more comfortable going into detail about the experiences that led you to therapy. We will complete an intake so that I can create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize a holistic approach to therapy. This will involve multiple different types of therapeutic techniques such as psychodynamic, strengths-based, and motivational interviewing approaches. All techniques will be trauma informed. I will focus on treating the person as a whole and utilizing any and all techniques that will be beneficial.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am warm, empathetic, and approachable. I meet clients where they are at and put myself in their shoes to be able to come up with the best treatment plan for each individual person.
