I want to connect with those who are seeking support through challenges they may be facing. I work with adults who are struggling with effects of trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, and other issues. I work to provide a safe, calm, validating and non-judgmental presence when working with individuals. Whatever situation you find yourself facing, you have inherent value and worth, and I want to help you see that while we work toward your goals together. As a therapist, I have practiced in medical, in-home, and outpatient settings. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In the first session, I usually let you take the lead in sharing what is going on in your life, and what challenges you are facing. I want to spend time getting to know you and seeing if I am a good fit to keep working with you.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I have worked with clients over the past several years on many different issues, but have found that I provide quality care to those dealing with anxiety and depression, those dealing with effects from trauma, grief, and other life stressors such as moving, breakups, and other changes.
